Seriously doubt that an lawyer busy with a myriad of issues more important than following George, (I know, I know what was the gal thinking) would  have spent any time at all here BEFORE dating him.

Now, if I were a woman (and I am) who happened to have gotten Clooney to do what no woman had ever been able to do before, your sure as shooting I'd be on here now reading what people are saying.

Or not, she's probably even busier now and really why would she read here.  She can see the comments on IMDB (nutters) and on Perez Hilton, Lainey, GossipCop and all the myriad of media outlets that are talking about her anyway.

She doesn't need to come here to read what people think - it's already in her face all over the world.

- Actually, can you imagine actually being with George and posting here? You'd probably bust a gut wanting to say all kinds of things you know you can't say. Unless you didn't want to be with George anymore.

I really can't see her checking out any sites yet - Maybe when the furor dies down and she has some time (away from George) she might look around. I'll bet, though, that her mother had a good look at George before this all started.

I freely admit I come on here to see what he is up to.... why not her?

Oh man, you guys are really taking the fan fantasies to the limit, aren't you?

I know a lot of fans love to imagine that they're in communication with the object of their fantasy through "secret postings" on fan sites because it makes them feel that the relationship isn't entirely one way and unacknowledged but let's at least remember that this is fantasy.

One thing I've learnt from years of casually meeting celebrities in my job at luxury hotels is that it's a rarity that the partner of a celebrity is a fan. Most celebs don't want the hero-worship that they get from fans; they prefer to be seen as a real individual, flaws and all, which fans can't do (even though we like to think we can).

Anyone posting on a fan site pretty much rules themselves out as a potential partner for that celebrity.

I wouldn't rule out the idea that she hasn't looked at this site in the past week since the news broke, and I'd be very surprised if no one in her family or circle of friends hasn't had a read here but that's it.

I get the impression someone may know, am I right.

and the whole 'I can not think you're so busy you do not have the time to do it and I do not believe that the fact of being a lawyer makes it important to certain superior curiosity', but about e'davvero so 'busy as all want us to believe? I have a demanding job, but I find the time to come on the forum and relax a bit ', and above all I do not have the option' not to work for two months as it is making her!

I guess we will never know if she has ever posted, but I would be surprised if she doesn't read. When I was in love with someone, I was super curious to learn everything, so I googled him. It is important to check facts about your partner, especially if you want to spend the rest of your life with him.
She is lucky to have so many resources for research, compared to the research about an anonymous guy.

Some ppl spend hours in front of their TV watching it, it is how they relax for an hour or four!

I work, as hard as anyone, Amal included. I sit at my computer after Emmerdale ( 30 mins)that's my only telly. and I work. Emails come in during the day and evening, sometimes I can, more often I can't respond to them. But when I get a chance, I love to dip in here especially with a cuppa in hand. And when I have to travel, I have saved a fortune on mags by coming on COH to alleviate boredom .... So nobody is toooo busy or important to come to COH, it just depends on your what's your poison. Amal is no better than anyone here and certainly no worse.

Of course, Amal may not be posting here herself, but others could be doing it for her.
It's a free country after all.

 

 

Being busy has nothing to do with anything. We all know that when there's something we like doing (eg: visiting COH) then no matter how busy we are, we can usually find a moment to do it.

I just don't think reading a fan site is anywhere near high in her list of priorities.

Agree with you WWHS!   I also work long hours and my head is full of serious stuff, so I need to have something to relax, occasionally...what I like about this forum is the feeling of freedom of expression, but with reasonable rules so that everybody can have good time. I think administrators are doing great job!

I tried to post on other forums (about different topics), but always find rude people and comments everywhere so I actually post only here. I feel really good being here.

Well, way before the internet famous writers used to have pen names and write in various places. Same with other "important" people such as presidents.

People find time and it´s easier than ever to entertain yourself fast and anonymous. Many professionals have facebook, twitter pages and yet who can say where else they are active?

My guess however is that she hasn´t posted here.
